The artwork « I always win II” is inspired by a urban artwork made in Chemin-Vert, Bobigny, France, created in collaboration with the children of the neighborhood in 2024.
The artwork was created in partnership with Nouvelan93, an association founded to inspire and elevate children through sport, education, and art. eL Seed reached out to the founder of Nouvelan93, Mr. Bouba, telling him that he was inspired by the work he was doing and would love to collaborate with the children.
The project began with a workshop to help identify the right message. eL Seed wanted the children to feel a sense of ownership over the artwork. The children’s proposals were amazing. One of them was a quote from Nelson Mandela: “I never lose. Either I win or I learn.” This is the quote they chose.
The children spent the entire day working on the wall. eL Seed first traced the calligraphy, and the children then filled in the spaces with color. Finally, eL Seed wrote the Nelson Mandela quote on the background.
While the goal of this initiative was to beautify the neighborhood, it also aimed to inspire the youth to create and artistically express their thoughts and emotions. And who knows ? perhaps the next Picasso is growing up right now in Chemin-Vert.

His works can be found in prestigious collections such as the MET Museum, the Chrysler Museum, The Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Collection des Musees de France. He has also collaborated with prominent institutions such as the Hangar Bicocca Pirelli Foundation, and his work has been exhibited in such famous venues as the Petit Palais in Paris and the Pergamon Museum in Berlin.
In recognition of his transformative vision, eL Seed was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2021. He has received numerous awards, including the International Award for Public Art 2019 for his project “Perception” in Cairo and the UNESCO Sharjah Prize for Arab Culture 2017. “Perception” also earned him recognition as a Global Thinker by Foreign Policy in 2016. In 2015, he became a TED Fellow and uses his platform to advocate for peaceful expression and social progress. His collaboration with Louis Vuitton on the “Foulard d’Artistes” collection cements his status as a visionary in contemporary art
